Polyflor Expona Commercial Silver Driftwood 4014

Silver Driftwood brings a cool, modern grey to kitchens, bathrooms and busy commercial spaces. The wood-grain planks sit wide and light underfoot, with a soft sheen that mirrors natural timber without the upkeep. Bevelled edges add quiet depth, whilst the full waterproof finish means spilled water and splashes simply wipe clean. No underlay needed, and it works with underfloor heating too.

Where it works

Silver Driftwood suits bathrooms and kitchens without hesitation. Its waterproof core means steam, splashes and standing water pose no risk. From living rooms and bedrooms to utility areas and commercial settings, the soft grey tone fits easily into modern and neutral schemes. Underfloor heating is supported, making it ideal for refurbished properties and new builds alike.

Installation

This is a glue-down LVT from the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, laid directly onto a clean, dry subfloor. No underlay is required. The planks bond firmly and remain stable in temperature-controlled spaces.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Regular vacuuming removes dust and grit, and a damp mop tackles marks and dirt. Avoid prolonged wet conditions and standing water. The waterproof surface resists staining from spilled drinks and food. A 10-year warranty covers the commercial grade flooring against manufacturing faults and wear under normal use.
