English Oak 9823 is a medium brown plank-effect vinyl that brings real wood warmth to kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces without the upkeep. The glue-down sheet sits flat, stays put and needs nothing more than a sweep and mop to keep its looks.

This is Commercial Vinyl Flooring built for real use. It’s fully waterproof, so splashes and spills are no worry. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps you safe on wet floors. A 0.7mm wear layer handles foot traffic and scuffs, whilst the 2mm total thickness gives it substance underfoot.

Polyflor Expona Flow works in any room. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and WCs all suit it. It also handles light commercial settings. If you have underfloor heating, you can run it without issue.
