Sun Bleached Oak suits kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and WCs. It’s also rated for light commercial use, making it ideal if you’re fitting a small office, salon or retail space. The waterproof surface handles moisture-heavy rooms with ease.

Installation and underfloor heating

Lay it with glue down. No underlay is needed. The vinyl is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can enjoy warmth beneath without compromise. Once fitted, the 0.7mm wear layer protects against daily scuff and wear.

Looking after it

Wipe spills and splashes straight away with a damp cloth. Sweep or vacuum regularly to keep grit off the surface. The 10-year commercial warranty covers manufacture defects and wear performance, giving you peace of mind across residential and commercial applications. Polyflor Expona Flow offers a full range of wood and stone effects, whilst Commercial Vinyl Flooring covers other slip-rated options suited to high-traffic settings.
