Polyflor XL PU Sheet in Flint 3720 is a dark grey marble-effect vinyl designed for busy commercial spaces and domestic kitchens and bathrooms. The colour sits at LRV 25, giving you a mid-tone grey that reads darker without pulling too blue or brown. It looks like natural stone yet needs none of the sealing or maintenance that marble demands.

The R9 anti-slip rating makes it safe underfoot in wet conditions. Splash zones, commercial kitchens, WCs and shower rooms all stay slip-resistant even when damp. The 2mm thickness and full waterproofing protect against pooling water and spills.

This is a glue-down sheet vinyl. It comes in 2m roll widths and 20m lengths, so you can cover large areas with minimal joints. No underlay is needed. The PVC backing sits flat and stays put once bonded. Underfloor heating is not compatible with this product.

Polyflor XL PU Sheet is built for use classification 23, 34 and 43, meaning it can handle moderate residential traffic, all domestic kitchens, and heavy commercial use. Sound insulation of 4dB helps dampen footstep noise in solid-floored buildings.

Maintenance is straightforward: regular sweeping and damp mopping keep it clean. Spills wipe up at once. Unlike real marble or stone, there’s no risk of etching from acids or grease.
