Sablee Beige is a warm, medium brown with a subtle marble effect that sits well in contemporary kitchens and bathrooms. This is Polyflor XL PU Sheet Vinyl, built for tough use. The PU (polyurethane) top coat means it takes foot traffic and resists scuffs and marks far better than standard vinyl. An R9 anti-slip rating keeps it safe underfoot even when wet, so it’s ideal in bathrooms, showers and commercial kitchens where safety matters. The material is Commercial Vinyl Flooring rated for heavy-duty spaces, and it comes with a reassuring 10-year warranty.

Where it works

Kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and commercial spaces. Its waterproof surface and slip resistance make it particularly well suited to wet areas and high-traffic zones in shops, restaurants and office buildings.

Installation

This is a glue-down sheet vinyl, laid directly to a prepared subfloor. It requires no underlay, and it’s not compatible with underfloor heating. The 2m width means large spaces can be laid with minimal seaming.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Wipe spills as they happen with a damp cloth, and sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit. A damp mop works for routine cleaning; avoid harsh abrasives or excessive water pooling. The polyurethane layer protects it from everyday marks and keeps it looking good long term.
