Polyflor Polysafe Stone FX Agate Grey 4043

Agate Grey 4043 is a medium grey stone-effect sheet vinyl that brings safety and durability to high-traffic spaces. The speckled finish looks like natural stone but needs none of the upkeep, and the R10 anti-slip rating keeps wet areas secure. It’s tough enough for commercial kitchens and offices as well as family homes.

Where it works

Bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and cloakrooms all suit this vinyl. Busy office spaces and shop floors benefit from the R10 slip rating and the durable wear layer. Polysafe Stone FX performs well in light commercial settings too, and Commercial Vinyl Flooring choices like this one handle spills and wet conditions without swelling or staining.

Installation and underfloor heating

This is a glue-down sheet vinyl, so you’ll need a professional fitter or solid DIY skills. The good news: it’s compatible with underfloor heating, so you can warm the room underneath without damaging the surface. Make sure your subfloor is clean, dry and level before laying.

Looking after it

Waterproof and stain-resistant, Agate Grey simply needs a damp mop and mild soap. The grey tone hides dirt well between cleans. Polyflor back this product with a 10-year commercial warranty, covering wear and defects in normal use.
