Polyflor Polysafe Stone FX Andesite 4049

Andesite 4049 brings a practical stone look to spaces where slip resistance matters. This medium brown tone works well in commercial kitchens, wet areas and busy public rooms. The vinyl delivers a real stone finish without grout lines or maintenance fuss.

The R10 slip rating and thick wear layer make it tough in high-traffic environments. It handles foot traffic, spills and regular cleaning without showing wear. The waterproof core means you don’t need separate underlay, and it works with underfloor heating too.

Where it works

Kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and office spaces all suit this flooring. Polysafe Stone FX is built for commercial settings, so it handles public footfall and moisture without flinching. It’s equally at home in wet commercial environments where slip safety is required.

Installation

Andesite 4049 is glued down. No underlay is needed. The vinyl is compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without affecting performance. Sheet vinyl flooring of this type typically sits flat after a few days of adhesive cure.

Looking after it

Wipe spills straight away and sweep or vacuum regularly. Mop with mild detergent and water. The waterproof surface shrugs off dampness, and the wear layer resists scuffs and stains. The 10-year commercial warranty covers wear and defects under normal use.
