Polyflor Polysafe Wood FX Newport Oak 3394

Newport Oak 3394 is a medium brown plank-effect vinyl that brings real-wood warmth to any wet room. The grain looks authentic without the fuss of varnishing or sealing. You get practical benefits too: it’s fully waterproof, so splashes and spills wipe clean in seconds. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps feet safe underfoot, making it ideal for bathrooms and kitchens where safety matters.

This 2mm thick sheet vinyl sits on top of any sound subfloor. The 0.7mm wear layer handles daily traffic, and the glue-down fix means no gaps or movement. It comes in 2m roll widths and 20m lengths, so you can cover larger spaces without joins. Polyflor’s 10-year commercial warranty backs your investment for a decade.

Newport Oak fits kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and office spaces alike. Schools, clinics and retail environments choose it too. If you’re comparing options, Sheet Vinyl Flooring includes dozens of colours and styles, whilst Commercial Vinyl Flooring ranges suit higher-traffic settings. The sound insulation of 4dB helps dampen footsteps in busy rooms.

Care is simple. Sweep or vacuum regularly, then mop with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The waterproof backing means moisture won’t seep through, and the tough surface resists scuffs and scratches. There’s no underlay needed, and no underfloor heating compatibility to worry about. Busy household, muddy boots, the lot, Newport Oak takes it and keeps its looks.
