This is a rigid click LVT from the Quick-Step Alpha Ciro LVT range. The locking system makes fitting straightforward and fast, with no need for adhesive or mess. It’s waterproof, so it handles splashes and spills without swelling or staining, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms.

Where it works

Botanic Smoked Oak suits bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, hallways and landings. It’s rated for Class 33 use, which means it handles domestic and light commercial settings well. The waterproof core makes it a natural choice for wet areas where other flooring might fail.

Installation and heating

Click-together installation means no special tools or adhesives. The built-in underlay gives you comfort and noise reduction straight away. The flooring works with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without extra layers underneath. It sits well over concrete, timber and existing hard floors if the surface is sound and level.

Looking after it

Day-to-day care is simple. Sweep or vacuum regularly to shift grit and dust. Wipe spills quickly with a damp (not wet) mop.
