Quick-Step Alpha Illume Soft Sky AVMTU40325

Soft Sky brings a calm, neutral stone finish to any room. The soft grey tile effect has a natural look without the cold feel of real slate. It works in kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces where you need something waterproof that won’t stain or need sealing.

The click system means fitting takes hours, not days. Each plank locks tight to the next with no gaps for water to seep through. Built-in underlay gives you comfort underfoot and sound insulation at 21dB, so footsteps stay muffled.

Luxury Vinyl Tiles like this one sit in Class 33, which handles heavy family use and commercial settings. The 0.55mm wear layer protects against scuffs and daily wear. An R10 anti-slip rating keeps you safe, especially on damp surfaces.

Where it works

Soft Sky suits bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and hallways. You can also lay it in living areas, dining rooms, bedrooms, landings, stairs and offices. It handles the lot: wet rooms, muddy boots, busy households. The waterproof core means spills won’t soak through.

Installation and underfloor heating

The click system locks planks edge to edge with no glue needed. It sits on most level subfloors. You can fit underfloor heating beneath it, as long as your heating system sits below the substrate. The built-in underlay means no separate layer to install.

Looking after it and warranty

Wipe up spills straight away and vacuum or sweep regularly. A damp mop once a month keeps it clean. No sealant or special products needed. Quick-Step LVT Flooring comes with a lifetime residential warranty and a 5-year commercial guarantee, so you’re covered for the long term.
