“Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Customer service is fantastic. The guys are so helpful and attentive. When I placed my original order I very stupidly ordered a pack short as I didn’t add on the 10% for cuts and wastage so I had to order one more pack as I needed it. I paid for it including delivery cost. I am up in Glasgow so quite a distance away. Next day one of the guys phoned me and left a message saying they would refund me half the cost of the delivery as I had only ordered one pack which they didn’t need to do as it was my own fault! The pack came and again it was so well packaged there was no chance of any damage being done to it! All corners were well protected too. They also gave me another free Timba Lacquer maintenance kit! My floors are now finished in the bathroom and ensuite and I love them. The LVT Kalahari stone looks lovely down and is exactly what I wanted and it is of great quality at a great price. I was so impressed with this company. Their customer service is outstanding and way better than bigger stores! I would definitely recommend this company as they were super efficient from start to finish. Thanks so much guys”
