How do I determine the amount of flooring I need for my space?

Determining the right amount of flooring for your space is a crucial step in any home improvement project. At Flooring King, we've got you covered with a simple guide to help you calculate the exact amount you need: Measure Your Space: Begin by measuring the length and width of the room. For irregularly shaped rooms, divide them into smaller, more manageable sections. Add Extra for Wastage: It's wise to account for wastage during installation. Depending on the complexity of your layout, add an extra 5-10% to your total square footage to accommodate cuts and unforeseen adjustments. Consider Pattern Matching: If your chosen flooring has a pattern or needs to be matched, consult with our experts at Flooring King to determine the extra amount required for a seamless look. Factor in Room Shape: Different room shapes may result in varying amounts of wastage. Take into consideration any alcoves, closets, or irregular corners that may affect your calculations. Consult with Flooring Experts: Our team at Flooring King is always ready to assist you. Cottage Stone Beige is a warm, medium-toned tile-look vinyl that brings the softness of natural stone to your floor without the weight or fuss. The beige tone suits any scheme, from cosy country kitchens to bright modern bathrooms. It’s waterproof, so splashes and spills wipe clean in seconds, and the cushioned backing absorbs sound and soften underfoot.

The R10 anti-slip rating keeps your footing secure on wet floors. This matters in bathrooms and around the sink. Busy households appreciate the practical comfort.
