The Floor Hub Dahlia Cut Cut Bouquet

The Floor Hub Dahlia Cut in dark brown brings a smart, neutral finish to any office or commercial setting. The plain cut pile design hides footprints and dust, keeping your space looking fresh between cleans. At 4.5mm pile height, it strikes the right balance between comfort underfoot and hard-wearing performance.

These are proper commercial tiles built to take the knocks. With a nylon pile on bitumen backing, they sit flat, stay put, and handle heavy foot traffic without showing wear. The 500mm square format gives you flexibility when laying out larger areas or tackling awkward corners.

Where it works

Built for offices, open-plan workspaces and other commercial environments, these Commercial Carpet Tiles are at home in any setting where durability matters. Use classification 33 means they cope with heavy daily traffic, break rooms, corridors and reception areas. Individual Carpet Tiles also make it simple to replace a worn patch without touching the rest of your floor.

Fitting and heating

Lay these tiles loose-lay or glued, whichever suits your subfloor and preference. They work with underfloor heating systems, so if your office has warm floors, these tiles will cooperate without issue.

Looking after it

Vacuum weekly to keep the pile fresh and trap dirt before it settles. Blot spills promptly and use a mild detergent and water for spot cleans. For deeper cleaning, a carpet cleaner with low moisture works well on commercial nylon. The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing faults and pile retention, giving you security on your investment.
