How do I determine the amount of flooring I need for my space?

Determining the right amount of flooring for your space is a crucial step in any home improvement project. At Flooring King, we've got you covered with a simple guide to help you calculate the exact amount you need: Measure Your Space: Begin by measuring the length and width of the room. For irregularly shaped rooms, divide them into smaller, more manageable sections. Add Extra for Wastage: It's wise to account for wastage during installation. Depending on the complexity of your layout, add an extra 5-10% to your total square footage to accommodate cuts and unforeseen adjustments. Consider Pattern Matching: If your chosen flooring has a pattern or needs to be matched, consult with our experts at Flooring King to determine the extra amount required for a seamless look. Factor in Room Shape: Different room shapes may result in varying amounts of wastage. Take into consideration any alcoves, closets, or irregular corners that may affect your calculations. Where it works

Commercial Carpet Tiles like Dahlia suit offices, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and reception areas. The modular format means you can replace worn patches without replacing the whole floor. It handles constant footfall and moving chairs without deteriorating. Midsummer’s neutral tone works in corporate or contemporary schemes alike.

Installation and underfloor heating

Dahlia tiles lay flat and lock together with ease. The bitumen backing grips subfloors securely without adhesive, making repositioning simple if layouts change. The tiles are fully compatible with underfloor heating systems, so warmth flows through without damage.

Care and guarantee

The Floor Hub carpet tiles come with a 10-year commercial warranty, reflecting their build quality. Keep the surface clean with regular vacuuming and spot-clean spills promptly. Loop pile resists crushing and stays dense underfoot for years in busy settings.
