How do I determine the amount of flooring I need for my space?

Determining the right amount of flooring for your space is a crucial step in any home improvement project. At Flooring King, we've got you covered with a simple guide to help you calculate the exact amount you need: Measure Your Space: Begin by measuring the length and width of the room. For irregularly shaped rooms, divide them into smaller, more manageable sections. Add Extra for Wastage: It's wise to account for wastage during installation. Depending on the complexity of your layout, add an extra 5-10% to your total square footage to accommodate cuts and unforeseen adjustments. Consider Pattern Matching: If your chosen flooring has a pattern or needs to be matched, consult with our experts at Flooring King to determine the extra amount required for a seamless look. Factor in Room Shape: Different room shapes may result in varying amounts of wastage. Take into consideration any alcoves, closets, or irregular corners that may affect your calculations. Where it works

These tiles suit offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and corridors where style and durability matter equally. They fit light commercial environments well. Our Commercial Carpet Tiles range covers everything from budget-conscious specs to premium finishes, so you can match your budget to the wear you expect. The Floor Hub makes choosing tiles for your space straightforward.

Installation

Infusion tiles use a bitumen backing for secure fixing to the subfloor. They work with underfloor heating systems, so you can install them over warm floors without worry. Lay them straight or in a random pattern depending on your design preference.

Looking after it

Nylon loop pile resists soiling and vacuums clean easily. Spot-treat spills promptly with a damp cloth. Regular vacuuming keeps the pile fresh and prevents dirt settling in. The tiles come with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you peace of mind that your investment will last.

Part of The Floor Hub carpet tiles collection, Infusion combines affordability with solid commercial-grade performance.
