Where it works

These tiles fit well in offices, meeting rooms, corridors and other commercial settings. The loop pile and grey tone hide dirt and wear marks, so they stay looking fresh in busy areas. You can also use them in light commercial environments where footfall is steady but not extreme. Underfloor heating is compatible, so you can install them over warm floors without issue.

Installation and maintenance

Fit the tiles directly to a clean, level subfloor using the bitumen backing. No glue needed. The loop pile is straightforward to vacuum and resists staining. For spills, wipe straight away with a damp cloth. The bitumen backing protects against moisture from below, though the tiles themselves are not fully waterproof, so avoid prolonged wet conditions on the surface.
