Vanguard Affection Twist Tawny

Vanguard Affection Twist in Tawny is a light, neutral carpet that works in bedrooms, living rooms, dining spaces and hallways. The soft cream tone suits both warm and cool interior schemes. It’s a practical choice because bleach cleanable carpets like this one let you tackle stains head-on without fear of colour damage.

The twist pile construction gives the carpet a springy, textured feel underfoot. At 10mm pile height and 12mm total thickness, it’s cushioned without feeling soft or luxurious. The 1350g/m2 pile weight means it holds up to daily foot traffic and the wear patterns that come with it. Polypropylene fibres resist staining and moisture, making it a sensible pick for kitchens, hallways and stairs.

Where it works

Bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, hallways and stairs all suit this carpet. The twist pile is hardwearing enough for high-traffic zones, and the light Tawny colour hides everyday dust and soil well. It’s classified for light commercial use too, so it can handle office spaces or small retail settings.

Installation and underlay

The carpet uses gripper installation and requires underlay beneath it. Underfloor heating is compatible, so you can install it over warm floors without issue.
