Important information about returning partially used orders

Only unopened and sealed packs can be returned.

We do not accept re-sealed items. All returned packs must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. Any packs that have been opened, used, or re-sealed will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.

We strongly recommend photographing all items before shipping them back. If your return is damaged in transit, you will need photo evidence to raise a claim with your shipping provider. Without photos, we may be unable to process your return.
