Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 Feldspar 1801

Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 in Feldspar 1801 brings a subtle grey tone to commercial spaces. The dark shade works well in open-plan offices, meeting rooms and corridors where you need a floor that absorbs sound without drawing attention.

These are loop-pile polyamide tiles built for heavy use. The 500g/m2 pile weight keeps the weave tight and resilient through the day. Castor chairs roll freely without leaving marks, so they suit hot-desking layouts and furnished spaces.

Sound matters in an office. At 25dB, these tiles cut noise from footsteps and movement, which helps focus in busy commercial settings. The dark colour hides traffic wear, so your floor keeps its look longer between cleans.

Where it works

Ideal for commercial spaces: offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas and corridors. The polyamide pile handles daily foot traffic and wheeled furniture without damage. Not suitable for wet areas or bathrooms.

Installation

Glue down to a flat, clean subfloor. Plan your layout first, as these 500mm square tiles lock you into a regular grid. Stagger seams for a tidier look and better dimensional stability.

Looking after it

Vacuum or sweep regularly. Spot clean marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The 10-year commercial warranty covers normal wear in commercial use.
