Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 Jasper 1819

Tessera Create Space 1 in Jasper 1819 is a modular carpet tile built for commercial settings. The light beige tone with subtle pattern suits open-plan offices, retail areas and high-traffic corridors where you need to absorb noise and keep costs flexible.

The loop pile reaches 500g/m2 density, giving underfoot comfort without trapping dirt. Polyamide fibre stands up to wheeled chairs, foot traffic and daily wear. The 25dB sound insulation cuts background noise, which matters in busy spaces where concentration counts.

Specifications

• 20 tiles per pack, 5m2 coverage
• 500g/m2 loop pile, polyamide
• Sound insulation rating 25dB
• Castor chair approved
• Light shade, LRV 25

Each tile is glued down to the subfloor. You can lift and replace individual tiles if wear or damage shows, which cuts waste and repair costs in high-stress zones. The 10-year warranty covers both residential and commercial use.

Keep tiles clean with regular vacuuming and spot-clean spills with a mild solution. Avoid soaking, as the tiles are not waterproof and will not suit kitchens or bathrooms. In commercial settings with high moisture risk, check site conditions before fitting.

Jasper 1819 takes heavy use and holds its look. The pattern masks foot marks better than a solid shade, which is why these tiles earn their place in offices where appearance matters but durability comes first.
